- ✔ As we are seeing growth and the pipeline seems to be very strong, there is a need to develop the current setup in terms of infrastructure, employee strength and operational setup of the company.
- ✔ In line with the above need, we are in the process of looking out for a professional infrastructure setup to accommodate 100 employees.
- ✔ Hire 100 candidates in the next 12 months in a phased approach as per the project pipeline.
- ✔ Train employees as per the current market needs and trends.
- ✔ Structure the operational activities of the company and develop the company to cater to bigger opportunities and tap the market in a large scale.
